The Human Resources and Consulting Center of Vikam Corporation, Univikam was created because of the demand, seen along the 22 years the Corporation has been active, to enable its clients to use the systems developed by Vikam and so they would have the correct performance in Business Processes, especially in the areas of Commerce and Hospitals.

The company ended up evolving into a business that today incorporates, several services in the area of Human Resources, including capacitance, training and outsourcing.

Aside from the services and trainings proposedin “traditional” moldes and already well known in the market, Univikam stands out by offering training modes in the DL (Distance Learning) format. In order to do so, the company has a complete infrastructure, that includes an auditorium, training rooms and a television studio.

It’s also important to highlight, the Social Responsibility initiative developed by Univikam, whose objective is to enable and incorporate young professionals for the market. The Project Laboratory Company makes available, for free, management courses in the areas of commerce and hospitals.
